Looking into using Azure in China?

Azure in China from a contractual perspective is fairly different from elsewhere as operations & management are wholly done by Microsoft’s partner, 21vianet. 

The good news however is that the tools & administration are very similar – simply on a a different, China-based implementation of Azure – so familiarity for administrators won’t be an issue.
