ICYMI, the Microsoft Management Summit has officially been merged into Microsoft TechEd 2014. And one conference shall rule them all.
The net net is that the agendas of TechEd & MMS were so closely aligned they basically decided to combine the efforts (and likely the funding) into a single larger event. Brad Anderson explicitly stated that this was not a “cost cutting” exercise, and given what I know to date, I believe this statement.
