After installing ToneCheck, upon opening a new message window, look for ToneCheck in two main areas: The ToneCheck Toolbar on the bottom of the message window and a ToneCheck Menu within the menu bar.
- The ToneCheck Toolbar contains a Tone Alert indicator on the bottom of your message window and was designed to alert you when your message falls outside of your acceptable tolerance level.
- When the Tone Alert indicator turns red, it means there is a questionable sentence to review.
