Looks like System Center 2012’s release bits have landed on MVLS and are downloadable by VL customers and Technet/MSDN subscribers.

  A single suite providing Configuration Manager for clients, Operations Manager for clients, Virtual Machine Manager for clients, and Service Manager for clients.
