A lightweight version of Avicode technology is shipping in SCOM with the understanding that to get the full version you need to upgrade to the full version sold through our partner, Avicode.   This link below was recently announced and should be a part of any discussion when looking to bring in SCOM to a development shop developing on the Microsoft application stack.

This is great news and I hope this acquisition can further our goal to help monitor the most complex IT environments (with SCOM) including both customer infrastructure and custom application requirements.
