Robert Van Winkle is a senior lead program manager in Microsoft IT where he drives "dogfood" efforts and the internal deployment of Windows operating systems at Microsoft. Robert is passionate about delivering solutions that are client scenario-focused and deliver a consistent user experience. Prior to this role, Robert led the Client Hardware team that was responsible for establishing and delivering hardware standards for Microsoft. Robert has worked at Microsoft for more than 14 years, and he has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Houston.
