The much anticipated WM 6.5 upgrade for Verizon HTC Touch Pro 2 (XV6875) users is now available for download. The installation is called the “MR1 upgrade” and writes a new ROM image to your device, updating it to Windows Mobile 6.5. The process takes approximately 5 minutes.
The new OS will provide a quicker, more stable experience for the TP2.
