Did you ever wonder why people refer to being “out-of-office” as “OOF”? Shouldn’t it logically be “OOO”?
It turned out that OOF is correct. It’s meaning just changed over time. Our Exchange Specialist pointed me to the rationale for the acronym “OOF”.
