TRAINING: Introduction to Microsoft Office Communicator, Dec 9th (and other dates)

image Starting in December, a free instructor-led training, “Introduction to Office Communicator,” will be offered at no-cost at various times.

  • This high level course will explore:
    • Instant Messaging
    • Presence
    • Contact Management
    • Audio and Video
    • Desktop Sharing
    • Live Meeting
  • Live sessions, held in a virtual classroom, allow users hands-on experience and live demonstrations to build knowledge, skills, and confidence.
  • Recorded sessions are also available for on demand viewing.
