One of my customers – you know who you are – is being rapidly introduced to Office Communicator 2007. (Welcome to the world of interoperable instant messaging guys!) This is an Add-In for Outlook 2007 which allows you to view and interact with your entire contact list from Office Communicator 2007. Business users spend a majority of thier day in Outlook, why should they have to toggle back and forth from Outlook & Communicator?
