The latest Microsoft Security Intelligence Report (SIR) was released on April 8, 2009. Volume 6 of the SIR provides an in-depth report on:

- Security and privacy breaches.
- Malicious and potentially unwanted software trends.
- E-mail, spam, and phishing trends.
