As of yesterday, Dec 2^nd 2008, subscribers to TechNet and the Microsoft Developer Network (MSDN) can download the Customer Preview of Vista SP2 and Windows Server 2008 SP2 .  This was posted on the Vista Blog: http://windowsteamblog.com/blogs/
