NOTE: To my customers reading this… re: the “charge” for these trainings I post

image It’s been brought to my attention that it’s not entirely clear what the costs are associated with the courses, trainings, workshops, and hands-on-labs that I post on this blog.

Unless otherwise specified, the cost associated for any training, workshop, event, launch, or hands-on-lab that I post on this blog is, well, “NOTHING”.  Just register – first come, first served.

The event is complimentary to our directly supported, Enterprise customers, meaning that only customers that have Account Managers & sales staff supporting them have access to the event.  This makes for a good opportunity to discuss issues & challenges with other companies working with the same technologies you are.

Ultimately, at our workshops, Microsoft picks up the tab for:

  • Instructor fees
  • Workshop manuals & materials
  • Equipment

Additionally, if specified, we’re often also picking up:
(A lot of this depends on the venue, the time of day, the date, how many people there are, the technology represented since some product groups are ‘better off’ than others, etc.)

  • Breakfast/Lunch
  • Parking
