HOT PRESS TOPICS
Besides talking about how this was Bill Gates final keynote address, the Beta 2 release of Silverlight 2 generated the most chatter in the press, followed by Internet Explorer 8 Beta 2, “Oslo”, and “Velocity”. Microsoft’s partnership with IBM on DB2 integration generated a decent amount of coverage, as did the Visual Studio 2008 extensions for Windows SharePoint Services & the Microsoft Sync Framework.
